DragonOS is an AI receptionist and follow-up service for home service businesses — pressure washing, garage floor coating, pest control, and other trades. It answers every call and text in seconds, qualifies the lead, books the job on your calendar, and follows up for weeks over SMS. It runs as a white-glove service: we build, maintain, and operate your system for you.
It varies. Usually 1–2 days for a working prototype, but it can take about a month for the system to fully learn your business, your habits, and your style. Custom or larger jobs can take up to 2 weeks to fully build out. If we need to integrate with a lot of existing software, that adds time too.
Very. We consistently see 90%+ conversion rates on engaged leads. The system works as well or better than a human in most respects.
No. The system works end-to-end, fully internally. However, real-world stress testing is needed to fully flesh it out, and some front-facing systems are still being polished.
We need to see how the system performs under real-world conditions, collect conversational data, polish the frontend, and make sure everything is up to quality before a full release.
